Feeding part

China first double pieces stitching machine with upper and lower feeding.The corrugation board is fed in vertical direction, which makes the feeding more smooth.

Second positioning

Both upper and lower paper board are aligned by the flapping board for second positioning, a design specialized for solving the situation of non-accurate folding line,misalignment and uneven edges.

Stitching part

The pins generator are driven by double servos, installed symmetrically, coordinating with the 4 servos in the back and forth that flat and clip the boards. The full closed-loop control of pin-distance, position, and strength makes a high accurate of positiong and prevent the situation of fish tail

Operation part

A self-invented system with totally automatic adjustment by setting the lenthg, width, pin-distance and pin quantity, after which the machine will adjust automatically. It also has the memory function for the previous orders.

Flipping part

After stitching, the cartons will flip automatically, passing the pressure roller and stacking by the setting quantity, counted and output.

Electrical part

Equipped with EtherCAT motion controller and 16 servos that achieves a 16-axis shaftless linkage control.
